With over 16 years in healthcare and more than a decade of hands-on RN experience, Jay provides expert medical record review, legal nurse consulting, and clinical analysis for attorneys handling complex cases.

Her clinical background spans cardiology, neuro trauma ICU, podiatry, gynecology, and special needs care, along with experience as a clinical nursing instructor. This diverse foundation allows her to evaluate cases with precision, objectivity, and a strong understanding of standards of care and causation—critical elements in personal injury, medical malpractice, and criminal defense litigation.

Jay’s path is built on dedication and real-world experience. A self-made nurse with three degrees and multiple professional certifications, she began her career as a dietary aide and advanced into a highly specialized role focused on bridging medicine and law. That journey shapes how she approaches every case—with attention to detail, critical thinking, and a commitment to getting it right.

Outside of her professional work, Jay values time with her husband, son, and rescue dogs, and enjoys gardening, being outdoors, attending classic car shows, and reading.
