over 16 years in healthcare and more than a decade of hands-on RN experience,
Jay delivers expert medical record review, legal nurse consulting, and clinical
analysis for attorneys handling complex cases.
Her background spans cardiology, neuro trauma ICU, podiatry, gynecology,
and special needs care, along with experience as a clinical nursing instructor.
This diverse clinical foundation allows her to evaluate cases with precision,
objectivity, and a strong understanding of standards of care and causation—
key elements in personal injury, medical malpractice, and criminal defense
litigation
Jay’s path is built on dedication and real-world experience. A self-made nurse
with three degrees and multiple professional certifications, she began her
career as a dietary aide and advanced into a highly specialized role focused on
